Principal

Todd Bloom has over two decades of experience in providing professional services to private and publicly-held companies, executives, and high net worth families. Bloom’s prior experience includes over a decade as a tax attorney and senior manager in Big Four accounting, as well as in-house counsel and controller for a financial services firm. Bloom has advised clients on myriad tax issues and has represented clients before the IRS and state taxing and regulatory authorities.

Recalled to the Navy after 9/11 and having served on active duty over a decade, Bloom retired as a Lieutenant Commander in 2018. He deployed in support of military and counter-terrorism operations and naval and joint exercises in the Persian Gulf, the Pacific, Southeast Asia, and South America during shipboard and expeditionary tours.

Bloom earned his B.A. from Simpson College. He received M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Tulane University, an M.A. from the Naval War College, an LL.M. from the University of Washington, and a diploma from the College of Naval Command and Staff. He completed the Advanced Course in Logistics and Technology at the Institute for Defense and Business at the University of North Carolina. Bloom was inducted into Epsilon Sigma honor society at Simpson College, and was awarded an A.B. Freeman Fellowship at Tulane University.

Originally from the Midwest, Cmdr. and Mrs. Bloom and their two sons came to the Pacific Northwest by way of New Orleans, Louisiana, where Bloom was first admitted to the bar.

Founder, Principal (retired)

Randolph V. Glein retired from the firm with over 40 years of accounting and financial experience and over 30 years of experience as a CPA. Over his career, Randy gained extensive experience with computer accounting systems including installation, training, and problem solving. He offered his clients considerable knowledge of individual and business federal income taxes, including sole proprietors, Subchapter-S Corporations, C-Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations (LLC), and gift and estate taxation.

Glein graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Accounting (Beta Alpha Psi) in 1977. He worked in private industry until he decided on a career in public accounting. Randy earned the certificate of Certified Public Accountant in 1988. In 1992, he leveraged his knowledge gained in private industry to start his own firm. In an effort to better serve his clients, Randy successfully completed the AICPA Personal Financial Planning educational program and in 1996 received the Certificate of Educational Achievement in Personal Financial Planning.

Randy was a member of Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce and served as President, and later, as Treasurer of the non-profit West Sound Treatment Center.
